Dear Tom,

I cannot thank you and your staff enough for the tremendous job you did on the wedding ring for my beautiful now-wife Kelly.    When I came to you with a rough sketch of an idea I had for a custom ring, and some diamonds I wanted to use, I really had no idea what I was getting myself into.  And I needed it done in 2 weeks!

But you quickly put my mind at ease, and assured me that not only could it be done in time, it would blow Kelly away.   Sure, having known you and your brother and Schmitt Jewelers for decades, I knew that you were always a man of your word, but I was still a bit apprehensive of the result.

Within days a wax model was created by one of your pro jewelry designers, emailed to me for approval, and voila!  The ring was completed 2 days ahead of schedule.  Thank you for literally saving my butt.

The design was better than I imagined. But the best thing of all, Kelly LOVED the ring!

Below is a picture of the ring, and the oh-my-God moment when Kelly saw the ring for the first time when I put it on her finger during the wedding ceremony.   She of course also thanks you profusely!

So, thank you for all your tremendous service, and for going above and beyond to make this wonderful moment happen for Kelly.  I will gladly recommend Schmitt Jewelers to anyone who is looking for truly the perfect ring – even with an impossible deadline!
